Nathan Halstead DDS MS

Nathan HalsteadI originally grew up in the Mankato area. Prior to becoming an orthodontist, I attended St. Olaf College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. I taught high school science for several years in Hutchinson and then decided to go back to school where I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.  From there I completed a Post-Graduate Residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and earned a Master of Science degree and Certificate of Orthodontics. ​

I practice very similar to Dr Johnson.  My patients are my top priority, and I am passionate about improving their orthodontic experience. What excites me the most is the challenge to provide the most efficient orthodontic treatment possible while never compromising quality of care and results.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Corrina, our dog, and my two children, Emma and Hans. We like to hike and spend time outdoors whenever we can.

Fun Fact:  My second passion is baseball and no doubt I would have tried to go as far as I could with that if it wasn’t for orthodontics.
