Early Treatment
Along with the American Association of Orthodontists, we recommend that children have their first orthodontic exam by age 7 so Dr. Johnson can determine if early treatment is needed. If not, the patient will be monitored and start their orthodontic treatment during their early teenage years.
Retention
After orthodontic treatment, patients enter the retention phase of treatment. You will receive bonded retainers as well as a removable retainer which will help keep your teeth in their proper positions.
